The Daily Show With Trevor Noah (Comedy Central, 11 p.m.): Jon Stewart said his final farewell on The Daily Show back in August, and the show returns tonight in its new iteration, hosted by Trevor Noah, who has assured Daily Show viewers that the program will retain a lot of its voice and mission but adds the perspective of a relative outsider to American politics.
