Chicago P.D. (NBC, 9 p.m.) / Law & Order: Special Victims Unit (NBC, 10 p.m.): Aw yeah, it’s time for another Dick Wolf crossover extravaganza. A Dick Wolf Cravanganza. A Dolf Cranza, if you will. Tonight’s double feature is a continuation of the storyline from Tuesday night’s Chicago Fire. Such is the way of Dick Cranzas.
