Newswire: TNT renders its judgment, cancels Murder In The First

TNT continues to clear crime-based original series from its docket—following the termination of the partnership of Rizzoli & Isles, the cable network’s bringing Murder In The First to an end after three seasons. That’s according to Deadline, which has learned that TNT’s decided to release Steve Bochco’s series on its own recognizance.
