Newswire: Teen Wolf showrunner adapting Let The Right One In for TV

Its thirst for melancholy teen vampires in snowbound settings only intensified by the American remake, A&E’s gnawing, unholy need for content has driven it to develop a TV version of Let The Right One In. Originally told in book form by John Ajvide Lindqvist, the story was first made into a film (and a very good one at that) by Swedish director Tomas Alfredson back in 2008, followed by the aforementioned English-language remake starring Chloe Grace Moretz and Kodi Smit-McPhee, Let Me In, in 2010.

But that was like five years ago, and one year is as a lifetime to an accursed creature like A&E, which is developing the series with the help of Teen Wolf showrunner Jeff Davis and Teen Wolf actor/screenwriter Brandon Boyce.
