Newswire: Seth Meyers and Amy Poehler address anti-Shakespeare Trump fans with “Really!?!”

There’s occasion to scream “Really?” in exasperation practically every day now, but Seth Meyers and Amy Poehler decided the recent outrage from Trump supporters over the Public Theater’s production of Julius Caesar was worthy of revisiting their SNL bit “Really!?! With Seth & Amy.” The two came together on Meyers’ Late Night yesterday to address the protester who stormed the stage last week and others who are exhibiting a fundamental misunderstanding of Shakespeare’s work. “Really, protester? Now, let me get this right: You waited in line to get tickets to a play you already hated, and then you watched it for three hours, and then you ran on stage to protest—but not the president—but someone who was dressed as the president from getting pretend stabbed with a fake knife,” Poehler began. “Really?”
