Newswire: Netflix announces title, date for Aziz Ansari series, renews BoJack Horseman

Netflix, as part of its effort to keep the nation suspended in a constant state of binge-watching hypnosis, has announced a title and date for Aziz Ansari’s buzzed-about sitcom, as well as a new season of BoJack Horseman.

Ansari’s series, which has been without an official title since Netflix picked it up back in April, will be called Master Of None, and will debut its first 10-episode season on November 6. As previously announced, Master Of None is a semi-autobiographical comedy in which Ansari will play Dev, described in the press release as “a 30­-year-­old actor in New York who has trouble deciding what he wants to eat, much less the pathway for the rest of his life.” In addition to deepening the relationship between Ansari and Netflix, Master Of None will reunite Ansari with Parks & Recreation co-creator Michael Schur and Alan Yang, who wrote …
