Newswire: Jay Z doesn’t need your pity, says Tidal is “doing just fine”

Jay Z is a tough guy. He’s been through stuff, he’s worked hard to get to where he is, and now that his wildly unpopular music streaming service Tidal is going through a rough patch, everybody is going around feeling bad for him. You can’t even launch Spotify or Pandora without running into countless people who are wondering why Tidal—which was announced by a parade of rich people who feel like they could be richer—isn’t more popular.

We can all stop feeling bad for Jay Z, though, because he says this is all a big misunderstanding.
