Kentucky to Play Philadelphia 76er’s

The Daily Jobard

After leading UCLA 42-7 at halftime today, Kentucky head coach John Calipari decided that his team needed a bit more of a challenge.  The 12-0 Wildcats only remaining game against a ranked team this season is against the 4th ranked Louisville Cardinals on December 27th, a game which they predict should be over by halftime.

Calipari has had his scheduling manager begin working on scheduling a game with Philadelphia 76ers, the team with the worst record in the NBA at 2-23.

While the Wildcats are expected to steamroll the struggling 76ers like they have every other team they have played, Calipari expects that playing a more experienced team will provide more of a challenge than any other team they have played this season.

When former Wildcat and current 76er Nerlens Noel was asked what he thought about the game, his only response was that he was “skeptical at best”.

The game is scheduled for New Years day so that on the off chance that the 76ers do win, they can “start off the new year on the right foot” according to 76ers head coach Brett Brown.
